The expenses that exceed 250 euros per month will be paid by the client by transfer within five (5) days following the termination of the Contract for stays of less than 60 days and within the first five (5) days of each month for stays of more than 60 days. Deposit 1,000 per apartment will be paid by bank transfer or by card at the beginning of the contract on the check-in date.
