The property has been completely refurbished and offers a very convenient layout with generously sized rooms, where the social area and the private area of the property are very well differentiated. We are welcomed into the flat by an entrance hall through which we access a living room ideal for relaxing, watching television or reading, that connects on one side with the social area and on the other with the private area of the property. From the living room we access the spacious and bright social area, consisting of a large lounge where the living area and the dining room coexist comfortably. Thanks to the balconies, natural light floods the space completely. Next to the dining room is the kitchen, with a large central island and a comfortable bar for informal meals.
