RENTAL CONDITIONS: The minimum stay is 32 nights and the maximum is 330 nights. - Landlord's Other Fee: 18% of the total rental value (amount of 1 month calculated in the Rent Summary as "Other". The total amount of the full stay will be charged at the move-in date) - Deposit (refundable) to be indicated depending on the stay length. STUDIO APARTMENT IN CIUTAT VELLA, BARCELONA This cozy studio apartment in Ciutat Vella is located in the heart of El Born district. The apartment has a great location just a few minutes walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Parc de la Ciutadella, and not more than 10 minutes away from Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya. There are various subway lines right next to the accommodation, which makes it a perfect place for visiting the city and enjoying your stay to the maximum. The studio apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and a double bed. It is an ideal place if you plan to come with your partner or friend. Enjoy the nightlife of the city, walk the narrow streets of the Born and breathe in the atmosphere of medieval architecture, visit the Olympic vila, or just take advantage of the cultural offerings of the area. If the police come to the apartment or the neighbors call the Government/Police, you will be evicted from the apartment and/or have to pay a fine. - The apartment does not have any food (there is no coffee, salt, oil, sugar). - We provide guests with a kit of welcome amenities (1-2 toilet rolls, neutral soap in small quantities - they are not for the entire stay).
