This charming and sunny one-bedroom apartment is perfect for a couple or a solo traveler looking to settle in and experience authentic city life for a month or more. The living area opens up to a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a SMEG stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all the essentials you need to cook at home. The apartment also has a convenient AC unit to keep you comfortable during the warmer months. The bedroom features a cozy double bed, ample closet space, and a large mirror. You'll also find a separate bathroom with a bathtub and a sink, plus a convenient powder room with just the toilet. For your convenience, there is a dedicated laundry space with a washing machine and drying rack. Located on the third floor of a classic building (no elevator), you'll be immersed in one of Barcelona's most vibrant neighborhoods. You're just a 2-minute walk from the Sant Antoni metro station and a 5-minute stroll from Plaça Universitat. The apartment's central location provides incredible access to the city's best bars, restaurants, coffee shops, museums, and grocery stores. Experience the city like a local from this perfectly situated and comfortable retreat. Is this a work trip? Our apartments are equipped with reliable, fiber optic WI-FI and offer a very comfortable setup to work from home. Well, as comfortable as working can be. Last minute bookings ? Official check in time is from 4 PM onwards but for very last minute bookings, we might need to prepare the apartment and only have it ready at 4:30 - 5 PM! Important information for long term bookings ( bookings of 1 month minimum stay): Long term bookings have an additional cost of 225 / month for *utilities to be paid upon arrival. *includes electricity, water, gas, maintenance and internet Late check-in: Late check-ins (after 8PM) are subject to a 25 cash or by card fee, to be collected by the person checking you in. Night check-ins (after 12AM) are subject to a 50 cash or by card fee, to be collected by the person checking you in. (We value our staff's free time, so we have to pay them extra to stay up so late)
