Accommodation only for students between 20 and 35 years old. Valid periods of stay (full months): - First semester (until February) - Second semester (until July) - Full school year (September to July) - Summer (July and/or August) Utilities (60 /month) and weekly cleaning (mandatory) of private and common areas (70 /month) not included in the price. Private room for single use with double bed (150 cm wide) and private outdoor balcony. Fully furnished, it offers air conditioning (hot and cold), ample storage space, high speed wifi and a large desk to study comfortably. Bed linen and towels are included.
