Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the house. It is forbidden to use the communal areas to store or place objects that may hinder the normal use of the property. The communal areas must be left free and tidy during cleaning hours. The rubbish generated must be taken out regularly and it is forbidden to store rubbish in the property. Parties are forbidden in the property. This will be immediate cause for termination of this contract. It is forbidden to have get-togethers with friends from outside the flat. The person who invites the external persons will be held responsible. The entry of outsiders to the flat is forbidden except for visits from relatives or friends, not exceeding the maximum number of overnight stays. The rules of coexistence of the community of neighbours must be respected, taking special care with noise. It is forbidden to install or have machines or appliances whose vibrations or noise may disturb other residents, or to have or handle explosive, inflammable, uncomfortable or unhealthy materials in the dwelling. It is expressly forbidden to keep animals in the dwelling. The individual use of the rented room shall be considered as shared use with a third party when the latter stays more than eight nights per month.
