I'll take care of contacting guests one week before their arrival in order to better organize their hospitality. I give everyone a map of the city and all the necessary information to better enjoy the apartment and the city. That said, I want to emphasize that I am always available for any request of my guests, to help them during their stay in Florence. The palace is located within the ZTL zone of Florence which prohibits driving or parking without residency permits. If you are travelling by car, I would recommend you to park in one of the private garages in the centre (the nearest to the apartment is "Garage S.Orsola", just 30 meters away) and obtain a temporary access permit. Upon arrival at the garage,they will note the vehicle's number plate and forward it to the appropriate police head(hidden).
