Building The apartment is on the fourth floor of a high end building, with elevator, in Saldanha. It is located on residencial area, just a few steps away from shopping centers, restaurants and with easy access to public transportation. The apartment has a gas central heating system which is currently switched off. For space heating should be used the air conditioning system. Bedrooms The apartment has four bedrooms. One suite with a double bed (140x200 cm); one with a single bed convertible into two and two bedrooms with single beds. All bedrooms have built in closets and Air Conditioner. Living Room A comfortable and bright living room with a sofa, TV and air conditioning that opens up to a balcony. Dining Room A spacious dining room where you can comfortably seat to enjoy your meals. Office A cozy and comfortable office, with air conditioning, ideal for work. Kitchen Fully equipped kitchen that features a fridge, microwave, stove, oven, espresso coffee machine (coffee not included), as well as dishwasher, washing machine and air conditioner.
