It is an exterior flat with 5 balconies to the street, very bright, with natural ventilation in all its rooms. On entering the apartment, the open plan kitchen opens to the left, and the living/dining room to the front. In this space, there are columns lined with cream-colored stone separating the kitchen and the living/dining room and a glass wall nesting a small stone garden which gives some separation to the entrance. The living room has a large white 6-seater sofa with decorative cushions, a cream rug, a round coffee table in white lacquered wood, and a wicker chair, all combining to create a very pleasant ambiance. The dining room has a rectangular wooden table and 4 fabric-upholstered chairs. It also has a small wooden sideboard with folding doors for storing crockery and decorative elements. Between the two rooms, there is a column that separates the kitchen with a large flat-screen Smart TV with an integrated sound system.
