Spacious and bright double bedroom available with all the comforts only 2km far way from Bocconi! You will be living in Porta Romana area, one of the best area in Milan! The flat itself is very conveniently located, with metro and train stations within less than 10 minute walk. In fact, the Porta Romana train and metro station is a 8 minutes. The apartment is really spacious and all it will be rented out to international students creating a really nice environment in the flat. Third floor with elevator. The flat is composed by two double rooms and one single bedroom (so max. 5 person in the flat); there are a spacious and fully equipped kitchen (2 fridge) with a shared balcony and dining area with dining table and TV where you can share meals with your flatmates. There are also 2 bathrooms. The flat is fully equipped: there is washing machine, air conditioning, dishwasher etc.. The double bedroom is composed of two separate single beds, two spacious wardrobes, two desks with two chairs. Each roommate will have his personal bedroom equipment. This rooms has a private balcony. RENTAL CONDITION: - Utilities are excluded, in the amount specified below are included: wi-fi, water, electricity, heating and condominium fee. - Deposit: it will be given back at the end of the stay if there are no damages to the room or the apartment. - Check-in and check-out hours from Monday to Friday from 9 to 17:30. If you want to check in outside working hours or during the weekend, there will be an extra cost (check it in the breakdown below). - The fee below mentioned as "other" refers to the cost for the registration of the contract. - Check-in will be done at the office. If you prefer to do it at the apartment, this should be arranged with us beforehand and has an extra cost. You can see the cost stated below as "Other optional cost" - In the case of bookings shorter than 12 months, the monthly rent shown increases by an extra 40, in the case of bookings shorter than 6 months, the monthly rent shown increases by 80.
