It consists of 2 large shared bedrooms each with 2 beds, wide entrance, kitchen and 1 bathroom. The apartment is about 80 square meters and is located on the fifth floor of a residential building. The apartment has been recently renovated and renewed in the fornitures and equipments. The apartment is located at only few meters from Romolo station of Green line M2 and Milano Romolo station of blu line S9. Few hundred meters from Ripa di Porta Ticinese, on Alzaia Naviglio Grande, which connects to Darsena. Lodi and from the metro station of the yellow line Brenta (M3). The neoghbourhood is very well connected with public transportation to the city center, thanks to the green line of the metro and the proximity to the train station Milano Romolo. With the bus line 90 and 91 it is possible to go through the Circonvallazione to reach almost any area of the city. The neighbourhood is served with any kind of services: supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants and take-aways. In an apartment located in viale Romolo 1, this shared room is reserved for university students, interns or young workers. Fully furnished, it is equipped with two single beds, each one with bedside table and lamp, two wardrobes, two bookcases, two desks and chairs. Kitchen and bathroom are shared with the other tenants of the apartment. Includes utilities: building expenses, heating, water, electricity, internet, garbage tax, periodical cleaning services of common areas; utilities adjustments excluded. RENTAL CONDITIONS: -BI-WEEKLY CONTRACT: If you move in during the 2nd half of the month, you will only pay half-a-month's rent for that month. If you move out during the 1st half of the month, you will only pay half-a-month's rent for that month.
