Waste disposal must follow local guidelines; non-compliance incurs penalties (200800 for repeated violations). Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved for pet-friendly apartments, subject to additional fees and a 200 deposit. You can obtain it through your university (students), company office (employees), or by applying via the Agenzia delle Entrate website or your local Consulate (apply at least 2 weeks before check-in).
