On the second floor of a prestigious building with lift, natural light opens up the beauty of this apartment, consisting of two bedrooms, living room and two bathrooms equipped with every comfort and a fully equipped modern kitchen. In the living room you will also find a comfortable sofa bed A terrace with an interesting view completes the house. Check-in is available at all hours, but a supplement may be required based on the time of arrival. A supplement will be required depending on the day and time of your arrival. - FREE check-in from 15:00 to 19:00 on working days - 35 from 3pm to 11pm on Saturdays, Sundays, and Italian public holidays - 35 from 7pm to 11pm on working days - 50 from 11pm to 1am each day of the week - 75 from 01:00 to 7:00 each day of the week SHORT STAYS (less than 30 days): - IMPORTANT: Please note that the payment of the tourist tax required by the Municipality of Milan will be required (children under 18 are exempt); the cost is 2 euros per person per day for a maximum of 14 days which must be paid in cash upon check-in. - Electricity charges are not covered with the rental price. Electricity meters will be read at check-in and checkout for these purposes. The total cost per Kw of electricity is 0.65 /kWh, which must be paid upon check-out. LONG STAYS (more than 30 days - temporary rentals): - upon check-in you will have to pay the contract registration fee (1% of the contract value) + 100 one-off for the contract registration costs - the house is meant WITHOUT bed linen. Upon request, we can provide you with bed linen and towels. Please make an explicit request before arrival. The cost of each single kit (including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase, bath towel and face towel) is 7 a month. The cost of each double kit (including sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase, bath towel and face towel) is 10 per month. Payment upon check-in. - Electricity charges are not covered with the rental price.
