In this area there is the bus stop, the supermarket, close to university faculties, which makes it a very convenient location for students. OUR CONDITIONS: 1. If you are workers rent payment will be scheduled quarterly 2. We offer all-inclusive rooms. The rent includes: condominium expenses, electricity, gas, heating, water, WIFI, waste tax. In the house it is forbidden to smoke.
