Dès l’entrée, le regard traverse le studio jusqu’à la rivière. Le salon, baigné de lumière naturelle, s’ouvre sur une chambre double avec vue directe sur l’Anglin. Le matin, vous vous réveillez face à l’eau, dans une atmosphère douce et silencieuse. La journée s’écoule au rythme de la rivière, entre détente, baignades et moments suspendus. Fin XIXe et début du XXe la propriété vit évoluer la flore de son parc et ses prés vers la plantation de multiples espèces mellifères. Ont fleuries également les constructions : une Miellerie avec sa partie scierie, plusieurs pièces de stockage pour les billes de bois et les machines-outils, et une zone d'extraction du miel. Avec ses grandes baies vitrées donnant sur l’Anglin, ce bâtiment fut un rêve à transformer en un ensemble de 3 hébergements. Deux grands lofts : l’un Côté Jardin se terminant par une petite maison traditionnelle de torchis datant du XVIe ouverte en terrasse sur l’Anglin, l'autre Côté Cour avec accès direct à la rivière. Entre les deux lofts, l’Atelier où étaient construites les ruches est devenu un studio de plain-pied encadré par des baies vitrées entre cour et rivière. L'Atelier est un grand studio de 40m2 au rez-de-chaussée. Tout en transparence, le salon ouvre la lumière jusqu’à une chambre double avec douche à l’italienne donnant sur la rivière. Ce studio est loué lit fait et linge de toilette et de table fourni pour 2 adultes. Le studio dispose également d'une cuisine équipée, de toilettes séparées et d'une petite terrasse extérieure. La piscine privée du manoir est située à 50m et accessible de 10h à 19h . Attention, les serviettes que vous trouverez dans vos hébergements sont des serviettes de bain et ne doivent pas être utilisées pour les piscines. Si besoin, nous prêtons des serviettes de piscine sur demande. Le logement est strictement non-fumeur. Le studio n’est pas équipé pour accueillir des enfants. L’Atelier est une parenthèse intime, idéale pour un séjour à deux, hors du temps, au fil de l’eau. Si vous recherchez lumière, calme et romantisme, ce lieu est fait pour vous.

Wake up facing the river, bathed in light, in a former workshop that opens entirely onto nature. Here, everything is designed for light and calm. From the entrance, your gaze sweeps across the studio to the river. The living room, bathed in natural light, opens onto a double bedroom with a direct view of the Anglin. In the morning, you wake up facing the water, in a gentle and silent atmosphere. The day passes at the pace of the river, between relaxation, swimming, and moments of tranquility. At the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th centuries, the property saw the flora of its park and meadows evolve towards the planting of multiple honey-producing species. The buildings also flourished: a honey house with its sawmill, several storage rooms for logs and machine tools, and a honey extraction area. With its large bay windows overlooking the Anglin, this building was a dream to transform into a complex of three accommodations. Two large lofts: one on the garden side, ending in a small traditional 16th-century cob house with a terrace overlooking the Anglin, and the other on the courtyard side with direct access to the river. Between the two lofts, the workshop where the beehives were built has been converted into a single-story studio framed by bay windows between the courtyard and the river. The Atelier is a large 40m² studio on the ground floor. The living room is completely open plan, allowing light to flood into a double bedroom with a walk-in shower overlooking the river. This studio is rented with beds made and towels and table linen provided for 2 adults. The studio also has a fully equipped kitchen, separate toilet, and a small outdoor terrace. The manor's private pool is located 50m away and is accessible from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Please note that the towels provided in your accommodation are bath towels and should not be used for the pool. If necessary, we can lend you pool towels on request. The accommodation is strictly non-smoking. The studio is not equipped to accommodate children.
