2.000metros totais do terreno uma ocupação em habitação de ± 4.000 m²

Humanitarian Aid Firefighters and Monsanto Forest Park. Further away but sufficiently
the National Palace of Ajuda is located nearby.
The terrain has a configuration of about 22 m deep and 55 m usable width. In the face of
other conditions and limitations contained in Articles 49, 53, 54 and 55 of the Rules of Procedure of the Master Plan
Lisbon City Council, considers the possibility of building a five-storey housing building,
a front of about 50 meters and a depth of 15 meters, getting the remainder of the lot as
patio.
This building perspective is in accordance with the indication set out in Article 54 of the MIP Regulation,
point (c) of paragraph 2), that the maximum IUB (Gross Use Index) is 2 m²/m² which it would give to
2,000total land occupancy of 4,000 m² in ± 4,000 m²
