Facility includes 2 double beds, TV, fast Internet connection, a completed kitchen with oven, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator. The apartment is in a safe neighborhood, close by many universities such as CORVINUS, SEMMELWEIS, ELTE, PAZMANY, BME... It is next to the National Museum, to the Budapest Public Library, and so many other great places. Within a few minutes walk you'll reach many public transportation (metro line M2, M3, M4; tram line 4-6) restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. Common cost with utilities (water, heating, electricity, internet) is 133 EURO per month. 1 month rental deposit is required. Smoking is not allowed in the property and the studio has a "no pet policy". Cleaning is available on request.
