Complete the house with a bathroom and a kitchen/living room with a 32-inch SMART TV, as well as a covered outdoor terrace with a table and stunning views, as well as a traditional barbecue for your exclusive use... ; ) You will also have access to a FIXED climate control system in the living/kitchen area, sufficient to cover the needs of the entire house which performs various functions (Hot, Cold, Dehumidifier.. ). Finally, in the outdoor area, you'll find a beautiful wooden solarium area (the lower section has recently been completely renovated, while the remaining section will be renovated in early October 2026) next to the pool, another outdoor shower, and even a ping pong table, as well as, of course, the outdoor garden. If you finally prefer to get around on foot, there is a beautiful village just a few steps away (2-3 minutes walk) with all the services (Bar/Tobacco, Bakery, Fishmonger, Supermarket ) and even the bus stop ! Always on foot the beach is really close (about 10/15 minutes, depending on your step) ! This speldida abode will be for your full exclusive use with independent entrance. The terrace area in front of your entrance (with splendid views of the sea,the gulf and the mountain) with a canopy, table, work surface and external shower will also be your exclusive use. While the solarium/pool/barbacoe area and garden could only be shared with the apartment upstairs at most. For ping-pong lovers there will also be a table with all the accessories to be able to play! The house will also have an air conditioning (AC) for cooling which also has the heating function (Heat Pump), dehumidifier and fan. The air conditioning is fixed in the living area and does not need to be moved, but has enough power to heat/cool the entire house. One fan per room will also be provided. Finally, there will be a security camera externally at the entrance to the villa. For any need an entire team will be available for you. For this reason, it may happen that a couple of hours every 5-7 days (depending on the season) routine maintenance work must be carried out and that for these 2-3 hours, before and after the work, the pool cannot be used for precautionary reasons.
