Two bedroom apartment, decorated in a simple and modern way to make your stay more functional and enjoy all that Alfama has to offer. By staying in Lisbon's oldest neighborhood, you can feel the essence of Lisbon, known for its narrow streets, breathtaking viewpoints and Fado houses. This is the perfect place for those looking for a cozy stay in a lively and historic part of the city! Building The apartment is a duplex located on the ground floor of a building with no elevator. It is very well lit, overlooking the typical streets of Alfama. It's absolutely perfect for couples or small families looking for some nice days in Lisbon, with all the city's main attractions and amazing viewpoints within a walking distance. Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with a double one. Bathrooms The apartment has a bathroom with shower. Living Room The living room has a flat-screen TV, a sofa-bed and a nice view over the neighborhood. The living room also has a dining table. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: City Tax will also be charged in the amount of 2 per night per person. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights. The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. Check-in time starts at 15:00 and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox. Never leave them inside the door lock or in the mailbox. Be aware that in case of loss or damage of the keys (or lock), a penalty fee will be applied. Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. *The apartment is located in the area where the annual "Santos Populares" festivities take place during the month of June.
