You will be just 15 minutes away from the city's most emblematic places, such as Ribeira, Ponte D. Luís I, Torre dos Clérigos and Avenida dos Aliados. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds). It has 1 full bathroom in one of the bedrooms (suite). A bathroom with sink and shower and another bathroom with sink and toilet. Extra cleaning and repositioning of amenities are always available for an extra fee. Long Stays (+1 month): The host is responsible for paying utilities up to a maximum of 100. If this amount is exceeded, the guest may need to pay the difference in costs. Please use equipment and lights conscientiously. For guests staying over a month, the host is responsible for covering utilities up to a maximum of 100. Should this amount be exceeded, the guest may be required to cover the additional costs. Other Important Information: Upon check-in, we will request your identification document.
