It features 2.5 WCs (one without a shower), with two rooms offering private bathrooms. The flat includes a windowless living room with a TV, a small dining room, and a fully furnished kitchen equipped with a washing machine. Please note that the building does not have a lift and includes a shared terrace. The maximum capacity for this flat is 12 people. Room: This charming room is fully furnished and includes a workspace equipped with a desk, chair, lamp. This room also offers an extra shelving unit and a TV. You'll also find a spacious wardrobe, a bedside table with an additional lamp and a mirror. The comfortable double bed measures 140 cm wide by 200 cm long, ensuring a restful night's sleep. This room features a window that ensures plenty of natural light. As a disclaimer we want to inform you that the flat comes furnished as shown in pictures or with equivalent replacements. Others: - The rent includes 35 per person of included bills (extras will be deducted from the security deposit). - A weekly clean of the common areas is also included in the rent. - We offer bed sheets and towels just as shown in the pictures. - The rooms come as shown in the pictures or with an equivalent replacement. - The rooms are for individual use, except if we have a previous agreement. - Visits are allowed, but they need to be communicated and approved in a timely manner. - All check-ins are done in person, require ID and the security deposit paid. - Check-ins are possible from Monday to Friday 9am 5:30pm. Weekends & public holidays may be possible with a 20 euros charge per person. - We do not allow smoking or pets in the flat. - Mandatory fee: The amount of 55 for a single bed or 65 for a double bed will be deducted from the security deposit, which corresponds to the basic linen kit that includes: sheets, pillowcases and towels. This kit can be taken by the guest at the end of their stay.
