There is nothing like living in the center of the city! RESIDENCE This a residence in the center of Lisbon with 21 rooms, 4 bathrooms, and 4 toilets, aimed at students and young professionals. Located between Campo Pequeno and Entre Campos. BEDROOMS The rooms are furnished with a bed and set of sheets, duvet and pillow with cover, bedside table with lamp, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk with bench and waste bin. In-room TV was available on request. COMMON AREAS The common area has a dining table with benches, TV, reading material, and access to the clothesline. Unlimited wireless Internet throughout the house, cable TV in all rooms and common areas, and free landline telephone in the lobby. The house is cleaned up to twice a week by the cleaning staff. KITCHEN The kitchen has 4 refrigerators with a freezer, stove, oven, and microwave, and is fully equipped with crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, and a set of knives. LOCATION This location allows the house to benefit from a varied network of local commerce, using Lidl supermarkets, mini-markets, cafes, restaurants, butchers, pharmacies, and banks. TRANSPORT It is possible to reach the metro stations of Campo Pequeno (Yellow Line) or Entre Campos (Yellow Line and trains) in a few minutes. The house is centrally located, allowing it to be served with a wide range of public transport with connections to all parts of the city, including the airport: metro, bus, and taxis! Please, read carefully the whole description before sending a booking request: YOUR MONTHLY RENT INCLUDES: - Utilities (Up to 40/month of water, electricity, gas). - WiFi. - Cable TV. - Weekly cleaning of common areas of the house. - Maintenance service. - Telephone service for emergencies. REQUIREMENTS: + Security Deposit (equivalent to the amount of one month's rent and paid during the check in). + Admin fee (Paid per person once during the check in). + Extra cost of 50/month in case the accommodation is intended for 2 persons. MONTHLY CONTRACT: Payment for whole months, regardless of your move-in and move-out date. CHECK-IN TIME: - Monday to Friday - from 8 am until 6 pm. OPTIONAL EXTRA SERVICES (under request) - Check-in outside working hours or during weekends - 34.99 (Working hours: Monday to Friday - from 8 am until 6 pm). - Fridge inside the room (minimum stays of 6 months) - 14.99 p/month. - Special cleaning of the room 49.99 (1 X per week). RENTAL CONDITIONS: - There is a rental contract that must be signed and respected by the tenant(s). - For the rental contract it is necessary a copy of an ID Document and fiscal number. - During the booking process it is mandatory to be indicated who are the persons that are going to rent the accommodation and do the check-in. - The security deposit must be paid during the check-in and it will be returned if the accommodation is left in the same condition as received. The security deposit can't be part of the last month's rent. - The rent must be paid until the last day of the previous month. - Every tenant is responsible for keeping the accommodation clean and in good conditions. - Visitor(s) policy: Yes (Under request and approval). - Parties are not allowed. - Loud noises are not allowed after 22:00. - Smoking inside the property is not allowed. - Pets or animals are not allowed. We carry out contracts, issue receipts within the scope of the law and assist with obtaining the Residence Visa!
