Zone: Rua David Lopes is a quiet street located in the charming neighbourhood of Penha França. Known for its residential atmosphere, it features a mix of traditional and modern buildings. The street is lined with local shops, cafes. It's less touristy than other parts of the city which makes it perfect for exploring. Metro: Not applicable Bus: 2 min walk (100m) R. Sousa Viterbo Train: Not applicable Flat description: 7-bedroom flat on the second floor, featuring 2 WCs. The kitchen is fully furnished and includes a washing machine for your convenience. The building does not have a lift. Room: This very small but cozy room is fully furnished and includes a dedicated workspace equipped with a small desk, chair and a lamp. You will also find an open wardrobe, a bedside table with an additional lamp and a mirror. The comfortable single bed measures 90 cm wide by 200 cm long, ensuring a restful night's sleep. This room has a small balcony that provides plenty of natural light. As a disclaimer we inform you that the flat comes furnished as shown in pictures or with equivalent replacements. Others: - The rent includes 35 per person of included bills (extras will be deducted from the security deposit). - A weekly clean of the common areas is also included in the rent. - We offer bed sheets and towels just as shown in the pictures. - The rooms come as shown in the pictures or with an equivalent replacement. - The rooms are for individual use, except if we have a previous agreement. - Visits are allowed, but they need to be communicated and approved in a timely manner. - All check-ins are done in person, require ID and the security deposit paid. - Check-ins are possible from Monday to Friday 9am 5:30pm. Weekends & public holidays may be possible with a 20 euros charge per person. - We do not allow smoking or pets in the flat. - Mandatory fee: The amount of 55 for a single bed or 65 for a double bed will be deducted from the security deposit, which corresponds to the basic linen kit that includes: sheets, pillowcases and towels. This kit can be taken by the guest at the end of their stay.
