Your room is really big (the room is 24m2 so it is bigger than many small apartments) and has full privacy and comfort because it has its own PRIVATE BATHROOM. It is also fully equipped with its own Smart TV, Air Conditioning, Closets, queen size bed, etc. The house is in Eixample, in the very center of Barcelona (next to Plaza Universidad, just a few hundred metres from Plaza Cataluña, the Ramblas, Paseo de Gracia, etc). We only accept mid-long term stays for students and young professionals for home use. We offer contract lengths ranging form 32 days till 6 months and you can make as many contract extensions as you wish for successive periods of maximum 6 months each extension. The initial maximum duration of the contract is 6 months plus an automatic extension, that is; one year. The tenant must pay a deposit of 1,000 that will be returned at the end of their contract, deducting 300 as a non-returnable service fee (service fees and administrative expenses) that are described later. The payment of the deposit and the service fee is made directly with the property manager at the latest within 48 hours immediately after the reservation is confirmed and, in all cases, must be paid before the delivery of keys and the effective check in date.
