So you have a private terrace and no passengers looking into the apartment. The apartment is fully equipped with cooking utensils, sheets, towels and everything else you need for your stay in Vienna. The apartment has a bathroom with shower and toilet. The washing machine is shared with other tenants. We call it "Audrey" as the main picture in the living room is a print of Audry Hepurn. The house is located in the 3rd district of Vienna, near the Hundertwasserhaus one of Vienna's youngest sights. Minimum stay is 3 months. non-smoking apartment, no smoking on the terrace as well!!! we expect out tenants to be considerate und respect other tenants in the house and to take good care of the apartment. almost all around Vienna there is short term parking (max 2 hours) - weekends parking is free of charge
