Facilities include 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, and 1 dining room. - Additional required costs labeled as "Other" include building administration and heating costs. All costs/utilities mentioned in this offer are intended for each roommate and must be paid monthly in advance. PAYMENT - Initial payment for the first month's rent is made via HA.
