The apartment is for 4 guests and offers a King size bed (180x200) in the separate bedroom and a sofa bed (200x200) in the living room for 2 more guests, a fully equipped studio kitchen, a bathroom and WC, TV and free WiFi. There's an underfloor heating system and central water supply in the building. For the summer season, guests are provided with a cooling fan. You will receive your Check in instructions 24 hours before your arrival, so you will be able to check the whole check in process in advance. SUPERMARKETS: The nearby supermarket is BILLA (350 m) at Klosterneuburger Str. 33 and PENNY Markt, Rembrandtstraße 29 The road to the city center will take 20-22 min by walk from the apartment or 12-15 min by walk+metro. We highly recommend taking into consideration Vienna passes to make your traveling around the city more convenient and smooth.
