The ideal apartment for 2 people, with a large double bed in the comfortable living room/bedroom and a clean bathroom and kitchen! The apartment has the charm of an old Viennese

building with large white doors and beautiful parquet floors, but is modernly equipped and offers everything you need for a wonderful stay in Vienna. The compact kitchen is well equipped, there's everything you need for breakfast with coffee and toast, even more sophisticated dishes can be prepared. There's also a washing machine in the kitchen. The
shower cubicle and sink are just off the kitchen, but they're spotlessly clean and equipped with towels, soap and shampoo. Location: The accommodation is opposite a subway station, the ideal starting point for exploring the whole of Vienna. Alternatively, you can walk to the city center along one of the many shopping streets. You'll find many restaurants and cultural institutions nearby, and just a few minutes' walk will take you to the many pubs popular with Vienna's party-goers. Many pubs have a guest garden, and under the vaults people dance the night away to live music or DJs. Nightlife enthusiasts will appreciate this apartment as an ideal starting point. Vienna General Hospital is also close by, so the apartment is often booked by guests who want to visit or care for their loved ones at the hospital (one metro station away, or a 10-minute walk). To get to the metro, simply cross the street in front of the house and start your journey of discovery through Vienna. Bakers, supermarkets and other shopping options are just around the corner. Directions: For motorists: The apartment is located in the 17th arrondissement and there is a paid short-term parking zone here on weekdays from 9am to 7pm. Short-term parking tickets are available from tobacconists and newsagents (in Vienna, they're called "Trafik"). The maximum parking time is 3 hours, and the price per hour is 2.50 (from 2023). Parking lots are located nearby. By train : Subway station line 6 is in the immediate vicinity (tip for train travelers: if possible, get off at Wien Meidling - instead of Hauptbahnhof - and then take the U6 directly to the front door).
