This bright studio apartment comprises the first floor of this lovely Victorian building. The apartment has a comfortable yet practical living/sleeping area with a large double bed, large sash windows, and a working desk area. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is situated off the bedroom and is suitable for cooking large meals with all standard appliances, cookware, dishware, and silverware. As seen on the floorplan, the bathroom is located just off the kitchen and features a toilet, sink, and shower cubicle.
