Because if he needs to work and wants to have silence, he goes in his room but when he wants to talk and drink an after work beer he always finds someone in the flat who is motivated for it. With all our tenants and also our alumni tenants we organize summer BBQ events at the Danube and different parties, sport events like skiing in the alps and a lot more events.
