No additional fees, no bad surprises. Here is what's in it for you: use of the furnishings and apartment at a high-quality standard, weekly cleaning, all bills covered (even GEZ), the responsiveness of our Community Service Team, and finally, our Technical Service Team for those times when experts are needed.
