Hi guys, this is a fully furnished room with a balcony in a shared flat. The room has a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe for your clothes. Also the common areas are fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and all you need for your daily living. The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/german TV license fee). Please note that there is an additional service fee of 100,00 that has to be paid via bank transfer prior to move-in and a deposit of 950 which needs to be payed right after the booking via bank transfer to the landlord: flat-mate. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible.
