In case you cannot be present during the handover appointment, please inform us before. - Although all cost are included, the tenants with over energy consumption can be charged. - Since you will be living in a CoLiving space, you need to take a part in the regular household task such as garbage disposal, maintaining the common area, etc. - The rental contract can be extended only if there is no breach of contract, and also the owner of the property doesn't ask to have the apartment back. - We offer handover appointments during working days only. 9:30 am to 4:30 pm (16:30) - The amount of rent and deposit is not negotiable. - We do not offer contracts in English however you will get a copy in English only for your reference. - As digital rental contracts are not fully legal in Germany, for the sake of both parties safety we do not offer digital contract. This is the only old-fashion aspect of our company :)
