Rent includes all utility costs (water, electricity, heat) and furniture. The apartment is closer to public transportation ( U Bahn, S Bahn and Busses are all reachable on foot within 5/10 mins). The neighborhood is quiet but nice, full of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and two big parks to relax. This is a 5-bedroom apartment on Grunewaldstraße, Berlin, with 1 full bathroom and a separate toilet . The apartment is furnished (washing machine, oven, stove, drying rack, pots and pans, cutlery and so on.) Everybody obviously has to be part of keeping the things and the apartment nice and clean. Cooking and hanging out together, learning about different cultures, and meeting new friends is an important part of the flat-share experience. For students only.
