Perfect for one or two families who'd love to experience Berlin in its vibrant yet relaxed summer spirit while staying somewhere both stylish and family-friendly. The apartment: Our renovated 5-room apartment (100 m2) is located in a classic Berlin Altbau with high ceilings, white wooden floors, and lots of local charm right in the middle of Friedrichshain, just a few minutes from Ostkreuz station. Layout & amenities: * Bedroom with a large family bed (180 x 200 cm) faces the quiet inner courtyard, sleeps 4 * Kids' room 1 with a double bed (140 x 200 cm), books, desk, toys, and plenty of play space * Kids' room 2 with a toddler bed (80 x 170 cm), slide, swing & climbing wall, plus even more toys * Spacious kitchen (20 m2) with dining table, dishwasher, coffee machine & everything you need * Living room with a comfy sofa (can be used as an extra bed if needed) * Balcony (smoking allowed here if you wish) Sleeps 6 comfortably, possibly 7 using the sofa. Especially family-friendly: Lots of toys, child-safe sockets, and children's books. Also ideal for two families traveling together or a family with grandparents.
