The bedroom is separate and quiet, with a comfortable queen bed, ceiling fan and lined curtains. The bathroom is wet-room style, with a walk-in rain shower and timber vanity. There's also a piano, a smart TV, and more books and plants than is strictly sensible. A note on the design: the exposed concrete ceilings and ductwork are deliberate — part of the building's passive thermal design, which keeps the apartment naturally stable year-round. Heating is hydronic radiator warmth. There's no air conditioning, but ceiling fans throughout; the concrete thermal mass and cross-ventilation through the balcony doors keep it comfortable in summer.
