There is a separate entrance but no private door to the basement as this is not a suite. Rent includes utilities (for a single person, couples pay 1/3), internet, Roku, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Channel and Paramount +, shared washer & dryer, shared bathroom, shared full kitchen (if necessary), yard, BBQ & fire pit. We are close to shopping (Shawnessy Walmart), transit/LRT in quiet area of Sundance SE.
