We are looking for the right tenant(s) to move into our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, main-floor unit in Strathcona Park. Renting the main floor for $2200/month. 8-month to 12-month lease. 1-month rent for security deposit. Utilities included in lease for an additional $200/month (includes heat, water, electricity, and unlimited internet). Furniture is negotiable depending on what the tenant is looking for; we can pack up and move some or all furniture out.
