We’re a relaxed, LGBTQIA‑friendly household, and because of the shared living spaces, it’s important for my fiancée and I to find the right fit to rent the room to. We are renting a large basement room in the central neighbourhood of Tuxedo Park. It is an easy bus ride into downtown, a 20-minute bus ride to SAIT or 5 min drive, 25-minute bus ride to UofC, close to grocery stores and restaurants, and an easy walk into beautiful Confederation Park. The room includes a private bathroom, and a walk‑in closet. Internet and utilities are included in the rental price. You’ll share the kitchen, living space, and laundry with the household. There is a dog in the home, so comfort with pets is a must.Utilities included in rental price.One month's rent damage deposit is required before move-in. Lease duration is negotiable.
