We are have the main floor of our 309 29 ave NE house for rent. The unit was renovated 2 years ago including new granite countertops, tiled bathroom, vanity, toilet, LVP flooring and carpet in bedrooms, LED lighting, feature wall, etc. The sidewalk to the house was repoured in August. The roof is new. We will be painting it this summer.The garage is included in rent. There is also lots of street parking. Internet and utilities is split 50/50 with the basement. Internet is $55 and utilities average $130-200 per floor per month.We are looking for long term renters who look after their home and enjoy being central.
