Looking for a roommate who can clean the house when needed. I'm not that picky, but clean is nice. Also, free food for lunch and dinner, but the catch is you would be doing the cooking for me as well. Preferably healthy meal prep and an organized, clean kitchen. Dinner for yourself and me as well. Also, laundry would be nice, and I'll do the folding. I would do all that, and I love cooking; I just don't have the time for it ATM. So the help is much appreciated. Upstairs only; downstairs is a half-ish finished man cave. Your room has a bed, and I'd like to furnish it with your suggestion. It's small, but I have another one to choose from, also finished.  Both rooms can be utilities. Currently, I'm in the middle of a minor renovation. The backyard has mosquitoes like every backyard. 2 houses away from WEMDogs and cats, IDK, but I may or may not consider it. It depends on the animal's personality and the cleanup of backyard stuff, and definitely not couch sitters. So fully trained floor-only animals. Countertop cats off limits.
