The house is a reverse walk out, so you have your own private entrance through the front door. It is a newer home with beautiful colors and new appliances.The suite is located in the middle of 130th Avenue and McKenzie Towne, so you are surrounded by grocery stores, shops, fitness centers, and restaurants. This is a 6 minute drive to the South Hospital.My boyfriend and I live in the above two levels. We are very respectful, clean, and normal, and we are looking for the same from a tenant ;)
