You will have a private, unfurnished spare bedroom and full bathroom with shared access to common areas (kitchen, living room, 1/2 bathroom, and laundry).This is a quiet, well-maintained, relatively new 2500 square foot home, smoke-free home co-owned with family. I am a working professional who values a peaceful living environment. Please note that my 4-year-old son stays with me on alternating weekends (and occasionally slightly more).Rent:$1000month plus 50% utilities (electricity, water, gas),high-speed Wi-Fi is included in the rent and typical rent with utilities included are $1100-$1150 monthly utilities bill will be shown every month.Ideal Roommate:Clean, responsible, and employed professional or mature student.
