Hello! Welcome to our home!We are a retired couple who will be away this winter and looking for someone to rent our home for a short term. The house is fully furnished and equipped for someone who needs a short term rental while they are in the Edmonton area.In the photos you will see our main floor that is open and connects to the deck to our big backyard. The basement has a tv room, bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room. There is a park connected to our back yard and there are easy access walking paths to the elementary and junior high schools. A off-leash dog park and multiple large parks are only a 5 minute walk away. Lots of lovely green space and big established trees are found in our community. A grocery store and mall is only a 5 minute drive away and the bus system that connects to Edmonton is 10 minutes away.Also, everything is included in the price: utilities, internet, cable, monthly house cleaning, and snow removal service.We will be returning April 1st and our rental calendar is flexible.
