Hello my name is David. I am an easy going, funny and respectful guy! I am currently enjoying some time off after a long 20 year career, however I typically work out of town half the year, 20 days in with 10 days off during the winter months and 2 weeks on 2 weeks off during spring and summer. At the moment I am home full time. That considered I would like to rent my second bedroom. Looking for a roommate who lives a similar healthy happy lifestyle. On my days off I’m always on the go doing something. I enjoy healthy eating, hockey, gym, and church. There is great value here as the location is fantastic and for part of the year you would have the place all to yourself many days out of the month. I have another deep-freeze to store additional meat and frozen foods.The bedroom for rent comes with a spacious walk-in closet, private AC control, full ensuite, black out curtains and a parking stall in the parkade is available for an additional $100. The room currently has a lovely queen size bed frame, nightstands and a lamp so the space would be ideal for someone looking to just bring linens. There are linens available if requested. I can easily remove the existing furniture in the bedroom if you would like to bring your own. Everything else in the condo is set up and ready for shared use :) there is Telus TV, Netflix and Prime on the main living room tv.Since these photographs were taken new hardwood floors have been installed (lighter colour) and some furniture upgrades. The space includes a lovely private rooftop patio and air conditioning. In the loft accessing the rooftop patio, there is a mini-fridge to enjoy drinks on the patio, a desk with printer AND a memory foam spare bed incase you have a guest. This top floor is a work in progress but its coming together nicely. The office space on the third floor can accommodate someone working from home maximum of one day a week.The spare bed up there could be removed to accommodate something else.My 2 sweet adorable cats with me.
