Plenty of parking in front and behind the building (we are on a great street). The building is comprised of young professionals who are quiet and respectful and our goal is to keep things that way.There are 3 units in this building (all with separate entrances) as they are stacked one on top of the other. We have tended to have long term tenants - the turnover is low because it is a nice unit, a safe unit, with great tenants and good property owners (my husband and I rent this building only to break-even on the month-to-month costs).
