It is separated from shared spaces by a floor to ceiling tracked curtain. You share a massive kitchen and furnished dining area suitable for TV watching, lounging, or working at a desk. We also share a washer and dryer, lovely landscaped protected backyard, side yard, front yard, south facing balcony with BBQ, and garage with plenty of space for your vehicle and storage.All utilities are included except cable/satellite and phone. Wifi is fast (fiber optic) and unlimited. You could arrange cable/sat and/or landline if you wish at your cost.Digital keyless entry code for your safety and convenience. Video smart doorbell. Safe quiet neighbourhood: sometimes deer, owls or coyotes are in the yard.You can enjoy a morning cup outside and listen to the birds chirping in the well-tended backyard or solarium.
