It's used for band rehearsals, recording and music production, as well as photography, video and other creative work. For the right musician, producer, photographer, videographer or creator, complimentary or substantially reduced studio access may be available. The primary suite is the closest part of the house to the studio, so some music can be heard during bookings. Most sessions so far have tended to be around 5–9 p.m., with some Saturday daytime bookings. Louder studio activity shuts down by 8 p.m. The fit I'm looking for one calm, respectful and reasonably independent roommate. I'm a mature homeowner, business owner and dad. My teenage son stays with me part-time, and I generally work from home from the living room during the day. You're absolutely welcome to use the common areas, but the best fit is someone who naturally enjoys having their own space and appreciates a peaceful, low-key home environment. We occasionally have larger gatherings or special events, but this is not a party house. Most evenings settle into quiet time around 10:30 p.m. Male or female is fine. Single occupancy only. Occasional guests are completely reasonable, but this isn't intended for a couple or for a partner effectively living here as a second occupant.
