This quiet property is a second floor walkup and the complex backs on to a ravine. It has updated kitchen cabinets and bathroom. There is a good size walk in pantry, newer fridge and stove plus a fireplace for chilly nights. The den can be used as a second bedroom if desired. There is enough room on the balcony for a bbq, some patio furniture with a storage area. Plenty of greenspace gives a feeling of not being hemmed in. It is near South Edmonton Common, the LRT and is a short walk to bus stops.
