This lovely updated two bedroom condo is a winner! The present owners are having a very hard time saying goodbye as they have enjoyed 11 wonderful years here. The unit has been painted, a kitchen installed, a new bathroom vanity, engineered hardwood flooring throughout not to mention only steps from amenities such as shopping, grocery, Staples, hardware stores, restaurants, walking trails, golf course and most importantly Riverside Park. You should know that the condo fees of this particular unit are be less than some of the others for the same unit size and that is because these owners have opted to pay a lump some for all new windows, new patio doors, and upgrade to the balcony upfront, as opposed to adding it to the monthly fees. The condo fee here includes heat, hydro, ac, and even water. This bright spacious home shows beautifully, is very well-maintained and offers the security of controlled entrance, convenient parking spot close to the entrance and sizeable storage locker
